The study focuses on analysing “The Rise of Digital Nomadism and its Impact on X and Z Generation” between the age group of 20-60 from sociological perspective. Nowadays Digital Nomadism has become a new fashion between the younger generation than older generation. The impact on digital nomads were that they had lot of network issues, health issues, carrying lot of luggage, physical problems, financial problems, they used to have mental problems, lot of impact of digital devices on children, lot of impact between husband and wife and also on family too. This research tries to elaborate on digital nomadism and its impact on x and z generation. Digital nomads have to use the digital devices continuously as they need to work when they are travelling too. Digital nomads are from age of 20 – 60 are the corporate employees and employers as they need to travelling from one place to another and need to work continuously while travelling too. In this research, the digital nomads were facing financial and income problems and there used to be no proper income and financial stability. Although the result of this research is that you will see more younger generation that is (Y Generation) who will travel from one place to another place and will work while travelling than older generation that is (X Generation), as the X Generation will refer to work from the home than instead of travelling from one place to another place and work while travelling.
